Professionally applied makeup usually lasts really well 😄 Of course, skin type, weather, health, tears, wild parties, and the general chaos of life also play a role—but makeup that’s applied with care often stays in place surprisingly well. Let’s put it this way: a little water, sweat, or touching it usually won’t ruin it right away, and anything between 8 and 14 hours is perfectly normal 😌✨

Many of these activities take a particularly heavy toll on the skin and hands. That’s why the Athlete Treatments were developed specifically to meet the needs of active people.
Especially for sports like rock climbing or weight training, for example, more intensive and thorough hand care can be incredibly pleasant ✨
And don't worry: You definitely don't need medals or race numbers to enjoy the benefits of recovery, relaxation, and good self-care 😌

First of all: No panic on the Titanic 😄.
Microneedling is by no means a spa treatment, but it’s certainly tolerable. The needles on my device gently penetrate the skin and make tiny punctures. Of course, you can feel it—especially near bones and cartilage. But it’s not unbearable pain 😌
A little tip for my female customers: This pain is usually more noticeable during the second phase of the cycle.
Since I run a small, private boutique studio without medical supervision, I work at a depth of up to 0.5 mm.
This ensures the safety of the treatment, minimizes the risk of skin damage and scarring, and at the same time provides sufficient stimulation to the skin.
Collagen production is stimulated, the skin is refreshed and revitalized, and fine lines are visibly reduced.
Cosmetics and aesthetics are wonderful expressions of human creativity—and just as diverse as people themselves 😄 That’s why there are so many different opinions on how often microneedling is recommended.
My personal recommendation always depends on the individual’s skin condition. Am I working with skin that is just beginning to show the first signs of aging, or with more mature skin? Have other aesthetic procedures, such as injections or surgical interventions, already been performed? Issues such as acne scars, pigmentation, or overall skin texture also play an important role.
Personally, I find that the most visible and long-lasting results usually come from a series of three treatments spaced relatively close together. This allows the collagen fibers to be systematically stimulated, which can provide particularly intense support for skin regeneration ✨
Depending on the condition of your skin, I generally recommend this treatment 1–2 times a year. If your skin is already healthy and well-cared-for, microneedling can also be wonderfully incorporated as a complementary add-on to a classic facial treatment.
If the focus is mainly on acne scars or hyperpigmentation, personalized treatment schedules usually make more sense—because when it comes to skin, there’s no such thing as “one size fits all” 💛
