SPORT RECOVERY

Athlete Hand Care – Basic (30 min.)

Specialized hand care for active hands. The treatment includes gently reducing calloused areas, careful cuticle care, trimming and shaping the nails, and a short, soothing hand massage. Ideal for regularly caring for heavily used hands and keeping the skin supple.

Recommended frequency: Every 2–3 weeks, so it doesn't get “too bad” in the first place. (Can also be combined with any facial treatment.)

Athlete Hand Care – Recovery (60 min.)

The treatment begins with professional nail trimming and shaping, as well as careful cuticle care. Next, the skin on the palms of the hands receives intensive care. If necessary, calloused areas are gently smoothed down and prepared for further care with a mild exfoliation.

A luxurious hand mask and nourishing cuticle oil prepare the hands for the paraffin bath that follows. The soothing warmth and rich nourishment leave the skin feeling supple and make this step a particularly relaxing part of the treatment.

The treatment concludes with a professional wrist, hand, and forearm massage—using either gentle, relaxing, or more vigorous techniques, tailored to your personal well-being. A personalised aftercare product completes the recovery experience.

Recommended frequency: Every 5–6 weeks for regular care of heavily exposed hands.

Athlete Face Recovery (90 min.)

A restorative facial treatment for active lifestyles – focusing on skin balance, deep cleansing, and soothing relaxation.

The treatment begins with a warming magnesium foot bath and a relaxing neck massage. This is followed by a cleansing massage, a thorough deep cleanse, and—if necessary—professional cleansing and eyebrow shaping.

The treatment centers on an intensive face, neck, and neckline massage featuring customized massage techniques for a particularly relaxing experience. A soothing mask, an LED light treatment*, and a personalised finishing product round out the recovery experience.

Tip: Is this your first time booking this treatment? If so, I recommend the Athlete Face Recovery – First Treatment. That way, we’ll take plenty of time for a thorough skin analysis, discuss your personal skincare goals, and provide personalized product recommendations.

Tip: You can customize this treatment with add-ons—such as eyelash or eyebrow tinting, eyelash or eyebrow lifting, cupping, or hot wax hair removal.
Simply select the add-ons you want right when you book.

*The LED light therapy is intended for cosmetic skin care and is not a substitute for medical treatment.

Schröpfen/Gua Sha

Cupping and Gua Sha are soothing additions to your treatment and are tailored to your skin and your individual needs. Both treatments can enhance your conditioning and massage experience and are considered particularly relaxing by many clients.

Cupping is particularly suitable for smooth skin, whereas the Gua Sha technique is often the more comfortable choice for those with thicker body hair.

Tip: available as a add-on to other treatments.

Bacial (30 min.)

Targeted acne treatment for the back. After a thorough cleansing and a fruit acid peel, impurities are gently removed. A soothing mask and a final treatment leave your skin looking clear and well-cared-for, with a fresh feeling.

Tip: Feel free to ask me about a subscription plan for clearer, healthier skin in the long run.
